Spearhead:

Spearhead is a new game format for Warhammer Age of Sigmar, utilizing self-contained boxes of miniatures for quick, intense games with streamlined rules and thrilling finishes. Spearhead differs from full-sized Matched Play games, offering accessibility while retaining rich tactical depth. It’s a brilliant stand-alone game and an excellent introduction to the full-scale battles of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Spearhead’s smaller footprint, played on a 30″ x 22.4″ board (one-quarter the size of a full battlefield) makes it perfect for a quick setup.

Skaventide includes all the terrain, card decks, and double-sided boards needed for quick, intense games of Spearhead. Certain models in the box can be configured to make the spearheads the Vigilant Brotherhood for the Stormcast Eternals and the Gnawfeast Clawpack for the Skaven.  It features the 144-page hardback Spearhead: Fire and Jade book, which compiles the rules for 25 different Spearhead boxes, the Spearhead battlepack, and the Core Rules in one convenient package. The terrain sprue even comes with 3” and 6” range rulers that you can easily snap together—so all you need to get started is some six-sided dice!
