Exterior details include a fieldstone foundation, regular stone walls, chimney, windows on all four sides, a bared basement window, and a steeply pitched tiled roof. The interior features wood textured floors, detailed stone walls, and a fireplace.
The cottage occupies a 5-1/2 by 4-1/4 inch footprint and stands 6 inches tall at the chimney. The building separates into two pieces at the eaves for a fully playable interior.
