Games Workshop teasing massive savings? Must be time for the Warhammer Age of Sigmar Christmas Battleforces. This year’s holiday bundles feature four of the Mortal Realms factions. Each battleforce offers a wide selection of powerful and versatile models. Whether you want to start a new army or expand an existing one you this is the time.
Games Workshop has not revealed the MSRP on the Battleforces at this time. I will be updating once that information becomes available. However, I will give a total value for each boxes contents after the description.
Ogor Mawtribes – Meatgrinder Warglutt
Ogor Mawtribes love that old fashioned holiday feasting. They’ll eat you out of house and home. And the host as well if they’re too slow!
Large multi-wound infantry forms the core of the Meatgrinder Warglutt with 2 units of Gluttons, 1 unit of Leadbelchers, 1 unit of Ironguts, and an Ironblaster under the command of the Tyrant. As if the Ogor’s weren’t large enough, the Warglutt recruited an Aleguzzler Gargant. Maybe you can buy him off with barrels of egg-nog?
Total value, $308.50.
Single Gargant valued at $62.50
Disciples of Tzeentch – Fatesworn Host
New year; new you. Or so Tzeentch plans. Help bring them to fruition with the Fatesworn Host. Control powerful magics with your Gaunt Summoner and Lord of Change. Among your followers are the still mostly human, 20 Kairic Acolytes manipulating Gestalt Sorcery. As well as the true children of Chaos, 10 avian Tzaangors and three disc riding Tzaangor Enlightened.
Total value, $312.00
Kharadron Overlords – Barak-Nar Skyfleet
Take to the skies with the mighty Barak-Nar Skyfleet hailing from the richest sky-port of all. Brokk Grungsson, Lord-Magnate of Barak-Nar, commands three mighty airships, an Arkanaut Ironclad and two Grundstok Gunhaulers. In addition, a pair of 3-Duardin Skywarden or Endrinriggers escort the free-flying Brokk into battle.
Total value, $351.00
Gloomspite Gitz – Fungal Loonhorde
Squigs or Troggoths? Both? Both!
Join in the mayhem of a ‘shroom fueled riot with the Fungal Loonhorde. A Loonboss on Giant Cave Squig leads 14 anarchic Squig Hoppers quickly (we hope!) through the battle. Meanwhile, a solid mass of regenerating Troggoths follows steadily behind. This clean-up crew includes 6 Rockguts and a single Dankhold Troggoth.
Total Value, $290.00
Estimated value of a single Squig Hopper is $5.00
